Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ cups ripe mango peeled and diced (fresh or frozen)
  • ¾ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup cold milk of choice
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 –4 ice cubes optional, for extra chill

Method
 

  1. Add the diced mango to a high-speed blender, making sure the fruit sits closest to the blades for smoother blending.
  2. Spoon in the Greek yogurt, spreading it slightly so it blends evenly with the fruit.
  3. Pour in the milk, followed by the honey and vanilla extract.
  4. If you prefer a colder, thicker smoothie, add the ice cubes at this stage.
  5. Blend on high for 30–45 seconds, stopping once to scrape down the sides if needed, until completely smooth and creamy.
  6. Taste and adjust sweetness or thickness by adding a little more honey or milk, then blend again for a few seconds.
  7. Pour into a chilled glass and enjoy immediately for the best flavor and texture.
