- 160 grams spaghetti or pasta
- 2-3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 150 to 200 grams chicken protein minced or cubed
- 1 teaspoon red chili flakes
- 2 pinches allspice powder
- ½ teaspoon herbs
- 3 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 ½ cup chopped tomatoes
- ½ to ¾ teaspoon crushed pepper
- Salt as needed
