Ingredients

For The Chicken Wings

  • 4 pounds of chicken wings, including both flats and drumettes
  • 1 tablespoon of avocado oil
  • 1 teaspoon each of salt, pepper, and garlic powder

For The Creamy Buffalo Sauce

For The Garlic Parmesan Sauce

  • 1 clove of garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons of melted butter
  • 3 tablespoons of ground Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon of freshly minced parsley

For The Honey BBQ Sauce

  • 1 cup of ketchup
  • 1/2 cup of brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup of apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • 1 teaspoon each of salt, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat Up the Grill: Turn your grill on to reach a cozy 425 degrees F. This perfect heat makes your wings just right.
  2. Buffalo Sauce: Grab a small bowl, pour in the Buffalo sauce and ranch dressing, and mix them up until they’re completely blended.
  3. Garlic Parmesan Sauce: In another small bowl, mix together minced garlic, melted butter, Parmesan cheese, and finely chopped parsley. Make sure it’s all stirred up nicely.
  4. Honey BBQ Sauce: In a medium saucepan, mix together ketchup, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, honey, and all the seasonings. Warm it over medium heat until it starts to bubble, then turn down the heat and let it simmer for about 15 minutes. Once done, take it off the heat and get ready to enjoy it warm.
